Arlene joined the Pied Piper staff last year with a love for teaching and with experience as a Mom, helping her own child work through challenges and learn valuable life skills. She has a degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and experience working in a variety of daycare and preschool environments as a co-teacher. She has experience working with children from age three all the way up to age 10! Arlene loves working with children because of their curiosity and eagerness to learn and enjoys helping them to learn about the world around us. Her favorite part of the day is music because of the smiles that appear when Kathy starts to play the piano. Arlene enjoys teaching in small groups where she is able to better assess each student’s strengths and teach them how to work together as a team!
